Terms of Use

1. Fan project, not official

This is an unofficial fan project by Lumities for Maloi, Jhoanna, BINI, and Blooms. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to BINI, Star Music, ABS-CBN, or any of their partners. Member names and related marks belong to their rightful owners.

2. Who can use this

The Service is for personal, non-commercial fan use. You must be old enough to use the internet in your country (or have a parent or guardian’s permission). Don’t use the Service if you’re not allowed to under local law.

3. What you can send

You may write letters or postcards to the available mailboxes, decorate them, and choose a tour stop and visibility. Keep it kind. By sending, you confirm that:

• The content is yours to share, or you have the right to share it.
• It does not include hate, harassment, threats, sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal.
• It does not include personal details that could put someone at risk (home addresses, phone numbers, private schedules, and similar).
• You are not impersonating BINI members, their staff, or official accounts.
• Photos you upload are appropriate and something you have the right to use.

Letters that break these rules may be rejected or removed without notice.

4. Moderation & delivery

Every letter is reviewed before it can appear publicly or be treated as delivered. Public letters may show in the community feed after approval. Private letters are only for the intended recipient (and the people who run moderation). We may refuse, edit labels, or remove any letter at our discretion — including spam, duplicates, or content that doesn’t fit a kind fan space.

5. Send limits

To keep the mailboxes fair, you may send one letter per mailbox per tour stop from the same browser. Limits are enforced with an anonymous cookie — they are an honesty check, not a perfect identity system.

6. Your content license

You keep whatever rights you have in your letter. When you send it, you give Luckytin Fan Support a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store it, review it, and — if you chose public and it is approved — display it on the Service for the tour and related fan project purposes. You can ask us to take a letter down; we’ll try to help when we reasonably can.

7. Mascots & stickers

Some stickers and characters (including Chicka of Jhoanna Fan Support and Luca of Maloi Fan Support) are used with permission from those fan projects. That permission does not transfer ownership to you, and it does not mean those groups run this Service.

8. Availability

The Service is provided as-is, free of charge, with no guarantee that it will stay online, bug-free, or available in every country. Features may change or shut down (for example after the tour).

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Luckytin Fan Support and the volunteers who run this project are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost letters, moderation decisions, or downtime. The Service is a volunteer fan project — use it at your own risk.

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy .

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
